Starting a different project or task stops whatever is running first. Forgot to tap? Set “When” before Start or Stop.
All data lives only on this device, in this browser. Clearing site data or uninstalling the browser erases it. Export a backup regularly.
Pick a Project and a Task, then tap Start. Tap Stop when you're done. The timer keeps going even if you close the app or your phone sleeps.
Just pick the new task (or project) and tap the green button. The current timer stops and the new one starts at the same moment. The button says Switch task or Switch job so you know what will happen. The Recent buttons start a recent job + task in one tap.
Set When (e.g. “20 min ago”) before tapping Start, Switch or Stop. The time is recorded as if you had tapped back then. When resets to Now afterward.
Tap any entry (under Today or on the Log tab) to change its project, task, start, end or note, or to delete it. Use + Manual on the Log tab to add time you never clocked.
Add a project name, client and address on the Projects tab. Tap a project to edit it. Archive finished jobs to hide them from the timer list. Their hours stay in reports.
In Settings → Task list you can add, rename, reorder (↑) and remove (✕) tasks. Removing a task that has time logged hides it from the list, but past entries keep it.
Choose a date range and, if you like, one project. Hours are totaled by project and task. Tick Round up to 0.25 hr for billing. Export CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Everything is stored only on this phone, in this browser. Nothing is sent to a server. If the phone is lost or you clear the browser's site data, the data is gone. Use Settings → Download backup regularly, and Restore to move to a new phone.
In Chrome on Android, tap ⋮ → Add to Home screen (or Install app). It then opens like a regular app, works offline, and the browser won't clear its data on its own.
